Hot Smoked Mackerel
Our Hot Smoked Mackerel has been traditionally hot smoked by Duthie & Summers, who hand pick the best quality mackerel. This particular fish is perfect for smoking due to its oily nature. You can choose either the traditional flavour, chilli or peppered; all are great eaten straight out of the packet or why not put in a salad. Ours come vacuum sealed in a pack of 2.
